I own a small business and we have paid LOTS of money with other guys that have done next to nothing and in some cases left us with more problem than they walked into… You know what I mean? Philtron came, fixed and went…  He also comes by when we need a quick fix.  Listen, stop messing around and call the best.. Look at my other reviews to know that I am a pretty serious person when it comes to customer service.  Philtron knows customer service..  Oftentimes, he has to work on our store’s register computer in front of customers and he is very professional and does not create any disturbance for our customers or our employees.  This guy is good.

This guy knows his stuff! He’s very professional, respectful and efficient! We’ve used Philtron on 2 occasions so far and he has always been on time and prepared to get it done! One bad storm and out went my computer, but Philtron came to the rescue and I was back up and working in no time! Philtron will be the only one we go to from here on out.  If he is not able to help you, he still offers good tips. I have used Philtron twice for big ‘omg my computer is dead’ problems.  The first time I took it to him he had it fixed in one day!  When I went to pick it up he very patiently explained a few things I should do to maintain my computer concerning anti virus protection etc.  On the second go round he returned my computer to my home and kindly set up my home network.  Philtron provides timely and courteous service.  He has been great about answering my questions regarding future purchases and has even offered to build my next computer!!  I imagine there is no job too big or too small for Philtron.  I am a customer for life!
